Scheherazade Squash!
Turning orange in storage, Scheherazade (I'm pronouncing it as she-hera-zad-ay, but who knows if that's correct or not) is a Squash bred for it's seeds, which are pressed for pumpkin seed oil!
The flesh, when I roasted an immature green one, has the texture if spaghetti squash, but I'm interested to see how the mature one tastes!
