Tune into the madness, tune into the madness once more.

The Madness:

Upon being locked away in an underground laboratory after a major security breach, Dr. [REDACTED] slowly lost what was left of his sanity. Swimming in his own madness and copious amounts of medical supplies, he began experimenting on the nearby corpses. He began to get used to the smell of blood and the feeling of bones against his fingers, his laughing echoing through the empty halls mixed with the squelching of flesh in his hands. He was eventually rescued, but is no longer of a sound mind. The doctor massacred his rescuers, and escaped with tools in hand to experiment on the masses.

The Madness is a frightening doctor with zero fear for the world around him. Having been isolated for so long, his body no longer has a fear response and therefore cannot be intimidated away. He is a fast, ruthless killer, but will experiment on his subject alive if he can. Modern weapons and warfare show to have little to no effect, with the only applicable deterrent found being highly concentrated acid. It is still recommended that The Holder moves away quickly from him, as he can recover from this. The hope is that he will find a new target, and continue his monstrous rampage elsewhere. The Madness cannot be killed.
