GOD I HOPE NOT. THAT IS SO CLICHE. And the all the guys would be like ‘oooh that explains why she’s so strong in the Force’. Because Rey can’t be a character unto herself no she has to be somebody else, someone who used to be male to appease all the angry fanboys mad at her wicked awesome Force skills. Nevermind that Luke held out against Vader pretty good for only 3 days training with Yoda on Dagobah, forget that ya’ll. Rey straight out tapped into Force untrained and let it consume her to beat Kyle’s ass. No wonder Luke is scared of her.

I have no idea what this major plot twist foretails. I’ve heard so many rumors. They say Snoke is Darth Plagueis, that he is Darth Nihilus (which I sorta like bc he has connections to Malachor). They say Rey is another Chosen One, not Anakin, bc there is a giant Force Nexus right near Jakku where she was conveniently placed or returned to.

I don’t know what to think anymore except maybe MAYBE if ep 8 makes me grudgingly accept Kylo I’ll be happy. Bc I rly hate him at this point. All I wanted in the expanded universe was for my starsquad to have happily ever afters. But then Jacen kriffed things up in the novels and now Ben is doing it here too. AND LUKE DOES NOT NEED TO HAVE LIVED 15+ YEARS ALONE. HE DESERVES TO BE HAPPY SURROUNDED BY PPL HE LOVES.

Gawd, the new trilogy is such a mess. Ep 8 better answer a LOT of questions not just leave more potholes and gaps.
