School spirits OC/DR/Self-insert

I was killed by my stalker, someone who seemed to support me, watched from the stands, and the crowd. He also graded my papers and recommended colleges to me. Mr. Caldwell was my teacher, my theater director, and my soccer coach. Only after I died did I realize how much he wove himself into my life. Before I died, I had friends, Maddie and Nicole, and a huge crush on a boy, Simon Elroy. I cheered, I swam, I played soccer, and I was the starring role in most of my high school plays. I always thought I did it all on my own, getting the roles, because Mr. Caldwell said my voice and my presence on stage touched him. It made him feel something. I went out one night to practice for my next audition, on stage in the school auditorium, and when I was dancing, someone came up behind me and pulled something over my face before sitting on top of me and suffocating me. I never saw who it was, but I figured it out later. I sat for hours, looking at my body shoved in a closet. Eventually, a young guy came to me to talk. But I didn’t want to talk, I wanted to change everything, to go back and warn myself that the texts, the looming presence, weren’t paranoia or a harmless prank, they were the longing of a man who would end up stealing me from my life. Everything changed when Maddie showed up, and Janet moved on. Simon could see me again, and Maddie was dead, too. I knew it couldn’t have been the same killer, though, because I was still in the closet and Caldwell, resigned and left town, the day I disappeared. When my body started to smell, and south found me no one cared, because they knew there was nothing they could do for me, I was gone, and Maddie could still be helped. My friends and family never dreamed I'd be dead, or even missing. I was supposed to be on a college tour with Mr. Caldwell, and he killed me the night before we were supposed to leave. My friends were back in “shit river”, excited about the fact that we would all be in Chicago together for college.

Backstory: I scripted that I have the ability to phase in and out of a ghost form, so I’m still alive but I can turn into a ghost whenever I want to and I can see and interact with them. I also think I might script we find a way to bring them back but so it’s normal(and that they don’t have to take over someone else’s body)
