in my grad school class one of the groups is preparing a policy analysis topic of broadband infrastructure in tribal territory in utah and the sheer lack of knowledge on indian law is astounding. the "client" they're choosing to present this policy to is mitt romney and their next research is on "whether the tribes even want broadband access." hello?? perhapseth it may behoove you to remember natives are people too????
