One of the best things coming from France : “C’est pas sorcier”

It’s a science popularization TV show that has been running for so many years. It was 20-30 minutes episodes on TV, now the format has changed and it’s 2-5 minutes videos. You can find ALL of them on their YouTube channel.

As they talk clearly and slowly, and there are a lot of visual models, I think you can watch them easily. Unfortunatly there’s no subtitles so maybe keep those for when you have a basic understanding of french, and not for real beginners !

It’s really one of the best shows we have in France. The popularisation is greatly done.

今天放学在校门口看见了一卖仓鼠的，嗯..还是头一次看见把仓鼠分类分这么明确的，至少不是各种颜色混在一起了.....(✽ ﾟдﾟ ✽)

我随手抓起一只金丝熊（叙利亚仓鼠）摸摸，手气是有点好...没想到我这随手一抓啊，就抓到了我从未在现实中看到过的异色瞳仓鼠...(◎_◎;)

接下来就是科普了(*^︹^*) 

我看到的这只异色瞳叙利亚仓鼠身上的图案是非常正常的花纹与颜色，也没有白斑，应该是肉桂色基因（Cinnamon）所导致的，基因代码为:pp。肉桂会抑制眼睛色素沉淀，使眼睛变成红色，但是有可能会出现肉桂基因眼睛减淡不一致的情况(´┏o┓｀) ﾐ

那么倘若如果有白斑呢，显斑大量聚集在靠近脸部的话。可能会稀释掉一只，或者两只眼睛的颜色，把它变成暗红色

说起来那就再分享一点图案基因的代码吧ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ

花斑是ss，显性斑点是Dsds，隐形斑驳是rdrd，白色带状斑是Baba/BaBa（就是常见的白腰）

（需要注意的是纯合显性斑点（DsDs）是致死基因，所以两只显性斑点不适宜繁殖）

说起来再提一嘴一个毛色基因吧

白化基因代码（cdcd）这种基因属于一种白化基因，而白化基因的强大之处在于不管熊仔携带其他任何毛色基因，只要有白化基因，其他毛色基因都黯淡无光，完全被遮盖(￣┏Д┓￣°*)

以上适用于叙利亚仓鼠，而不是坎贝尔，加卡利亚，罗伯罗夫斯基和一些其他的品种(ง •̀_•́)ง

While for funding organizations, journal editors, and research organizations it may be very valuable to know which topics resonate with the public (are popular and paid attention to), even though they did not receive a lot of citations (the articles in the false-positive group), there is a real danger that research topics or findings that are not trendy enough to resonate with the Twitter population—for example, research affecting disadvantaged populations that are not represented on Twitter—are marginalized. It is interesting that one of the false negatives (many citations, but few tweetations) included a paper dealing with a low-income elderly population [Article ID 1256]—exactly the population that is underrepresented on Twitter. On the other hand, publications that are “sexy,” trendy, or funny may receive huge exposure on Twitter, but may (or may not) have limited scientific value (a concept that is also not always accurately measured by citations).
