Karine Proulx, PhD, is the Managing Director of WeightScientists. Her experience in the field of obesity and weight management spans over 15 years within clinics, academia and the pharmaceutical restraint of trade. Prior to founding WeightScientists, Dr Proulx was a Principal Scientist and Pharmacology Project Manager at Prosidion Ltd, an Oxford-based biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing and commercialising molecular-targeted therapies insofar as favor 2 diabetes and obesity.
