Going Clear: Scientology and the Prison of Belief
It’s a documentary. A bunch of main guys left Scientology. Turns out it’s a really awful religion (we all knew that). If you don’t know anything about Scientology this is a good start. Basically L. Ron Hubbard wants to start a church to make money and does. LRH is really terrible to everyone, but someone people still believe him. After LRH dies, another guy takes over who is also awful. The church harasses the IRS and their employees until they are designated a religion. There’s a really hilarious music video about Scientology that the Church made somewhere in there. The end.
