is that SARAH PAULSON? oh, it’s just MARY DAWSON. she is 47 years old and works as a DOCTOR. everyone says they’re INTELLIGENT, but also UNSTABLE. they’re BISEXUAL and ARE NOT a part of the rebellion. [HF, 30+, She/Her, trigger: 9/11]

Brief career history (can be bullet pointed, but please make sure it makes sense for the career):

Inspired by her parents–both of whom were members of the Healthcare faction–Mary exhibited a fascination for human anatomy, internal medicine, and especially surgery, from a young age. Mind set on following in her parents footsteps, she considered herself very lucky to be selected as a Healthcare trainee.

Mary completed her internal medicine training and residency with accolades. Her hands are dexterous, and nimble and she is a wizard with a scalpel and sutures.

Perpetually lonely and rife with abandonment issues, Mary turned to psychostimulants in order to stay awake and pull longer hours at the Hospital. The longer she worked, the less time she had to spend alone.  Her resultant patient output is impressive, to say the least.  

Mary is a ranking member of ‘The Fourth Floor’.

Mary regularly attempts, and succeeds, at dangerous and daring surgeries that other surgeons wouldn’t dream of trying.  And as such, only the worst and most gruesome cases enter her OR.

Mary regularly obtains old world cigarettes, tobacco, coffee and psychostimulants from The Black Market–all of which she uses to self-medicate, and fight sleep.  Her addictions and lack of sleep are beginning to take a toll on her body, and mind.

Mary thinks the Care Algorithm is a good thing and will regularly turn away patients whom the Algorithm deigns not good enough; but lately she has begun entertaining the idea of offering care in the form of surgical experimentation on those who don’t make the cut.

A ROLEPLAY ABOUT AN ALIEN INVASION AND THE CHILDREN FIGHTING BACK!

We can’t tell your our last names. We can’t tell you where we live, or who we are. But everything we are going to tell you is true.

Earth is being invaded. But it’s not like in the movies, with spaceships blowing up entire cities and strange-looking aliens walking boldly up the street, laser guns in hands. No, this is a quiet invasion. A secret one. The aliens are already here…and they’re everywhere.

They live inside human beings, controlling their every action, and there’s no way to tell who is infested and who isn’t. It could be someone close to you. Your teacher, your mother, your brother…

For all we know, it could be you.

Play as one of the Animorphs, their enslaved enemies, or a hapless civilian caught in the cross-fire! Invent your own character or take on one of the beloved (or reviled) roles from the books. It’s time to choose a side. The Yeerks are here and it is up to you to stop them…or join them.
