I'm far behind in A.mphoreus, but I would love to see Phainon and Patroclus get along, maybe have known each other since Phainon first arrived to Okhema. I can see them starting as acquaintances or Pat extending a hand and checking on Phainon when he first arrived, and then becoming closer over the years as brothers-in-arms and close friends. Pat is of the idea that they shouldn't be completely dependent on the chrysos heirs / that it's his duty as citizen to pave the way for them so they can focus on achieving their goal (and because they're just people trying their best too). I think it would be nice if Phainon had more friends he can just be himself with instead of the perfect hero, and Pat is the friend you can always rely on and will give Phainon head pats and let him rest his head on his shoulder when he's tired or doesn't feel so good.

                now that the boss was slain, she allowed her posture to relax and melt naturally into his embrace, immediately feeling her partner rest his rest atop of hers with a sound that she could have sworn was like a PURR. even when she couldn't see his face from where she was, she could imagine a tender smile stretching across his expression. after all, he was always smiling when they were together, was he not ?

                without a word, she tilted her head just enough to press a soft kiss to his jaw, a REWARD for behaving and for being her personal heater against a slightly colder air today. it felt nice ... she didn't even need a blanket.
