Bryan Page - Vice City
Actual criminal Resident mechanic, Bryan Page runs a nice garage down the North Side of Vice City.
He contracted in Jamie Jenkins, for a few days, to help him out, putting that boy’s technology degree to good use. (Let’s pretend technology stands for mechanical engineering in this case, eh.)
Jamie Jenkins aged up to a young adult- finally! He threw a party during the week to celebrate.Dion Malcolm also aged into a young adult and Milly Rock followed the next day.
All three graduated (Dion as class valedictorian) and prepared to move out, all with some degree of money saved up in their banks.
Sunday Week 1, Day 1
My quest to find a new world for my St. Claire’s sims to live in led me from the failed New York City, back to Fairhaven City, then to Red County and finally to Vice City by Fresh Prince, which I decided on.
Laziness (or perhaps genius) led me to take the buildings I furnished/built in the previous three worlds (mainly ny and red county) and put them in this world, meaning getting this one up and running didn’t take as long as it could have.
Tuesday Week 1, Day 3
12 days until Jamie becomes a young adult but until then, he’s making the most of the holiday. Once autumn hits, he’ll only have a little time to try and push his B up to an A.
Also in Jenkins land, they’re now paying $150 every seven days to store their temporarily unneeded crib in Vice City’s storage facility. The rest of the junk strewn outside their house was taken and sold by the same guy who owns the facility and they got a measley $300 for it all.
One lot that came with Vice City is this cool storage warehouse that’s tagged as an art gallery. The plan is to have another family in the world own it, and other sims will be able to store furniture they don’t need and/or (maybe) sell off furniture that I don’t think is suitable for consignment.
The second picture is of Bryan Page at the mechanics he owns. Not only will he sell the fixer upper cars, but any vehicles that my sims want to purchase. I’m also hoping that putting the petrol pump on his lot will accredit any vehicle top ups to his family funds.
The online banking mod will be used to process any necessary reacurring payments and such of the like.

Tuesday Week 13, Day 3
So, Adam Jenkins received a call from Roy Brennan inviting him to a party. He left Jamie at home with the baby and took the rest of the family down.
They arrived at the party and things were seemingly going well. Then, Adam got in a conversation with Roy’s roommate and things... heated up (badum-cha).
Adam is a hot-headed sim, which is probably why I shouldn’t have been surprised that this conversation (courtesy of the new Deep Conversations mod by QuackGames) ended up going so wrong. I couldn’t even be mad.
