no, it's okay; i'm stopping therapy mostly because i'm in a good place to stop therapy for the time being. the fact it should help with my insurance bill is a bonus.

oh my god that sucks. Can you put tape over the buzzer, maybe, and a note to knock instead?

the problem is i live in an apartment building with a locked front door so essentially the buzzer would be the only way to inform me someone is here, but it does not work and has never worked

no. i'm tired and i don't want to talk to anyone and everything costs money.

Depression sucks. Happiness actually does exist and is attainable, whatever your brain says.

well, what my brain is saying is that i'm going to die, there's nothing that can change that, and there's just... no... point to doing anything

and i can’t really argue with that. like every second of every day, i’m thinking about dying. no matter how happy or distracted i might be, i drag myself down by reminding myself of that. and there’s nothing i can do. there’s nothing i can do to change that.

My older sister is on mental disability help in MN for depression; so I know at least it exists. She has housing help and medical, and she needed a doctor’s note for it, but she could also get help applying for it. Try state website?

THANK YOU FOR THE INFORMATION; it seems like getting to a doctor is the first step (which, yeah, i kind of expected, but i wanted to see if there was anything i could do in the meantime/if i would even, like, qualify)

and i mean. there’s a lot going on with me right now. i don’t think i’ve made it super clear that i’m kind of... taking some time off from trying to work to get this taken care of, and there’s like. there’s a lot to do. and i’ve been kind of getting overwhelmed because hey! that’s what happens! so i’m really, just. really grateful for the help.
