Episode 62: The Friendship of Sailor Soldiers! Good-bye, Ami / Sailor Mercury Moving On?
This has to be a reference to a real chain of ice cream shops. There just has to be.
---
What? Yes you are. You're like, six. Six is a kids' age.
Maybe you're in your nine-hundreds in at least one or two continuities, but even then you still had the mind and body of a six-year-old.
Oh, and by the way, you're never too old for ice cream. But don't get your ice cream from Bob-Floy's; it's a Black Moon trap.
---
Maybe you should check that place out with your little computer thing before you order something there. I heard it's a trap.
(Sorry for the spoilers, I was checking WikiMoon if Bob-Floy's was a parody of some famous ice cream store, and I ended up spoiling it for myself).
---
Oh, I see. Bob-Floy hasn't been taken over by the Black Moon Clan, yet. That explains why Ami and Chibiusa were fine after eating their ice cream.
---
No, she thinks you have the Silver Crystal, and wants it for herself. I wouldn't trust that pink-haired brat, if I were you.
That's right, I don't like or trust you at all, you little turd!
----
You can study for another hour, Ami. Chibiusa's still a little kid. She can't handle all-nighters like you can. (Not that anyone should have to pull all-nighters to get by in school, mind you.)
---
Is that what you're renaming "Bob-Floy?" Cause that's a dumb name.
---
I have to hand it to Berthier. Making her customers eat so much ice cream that they turn to ice would've been more creative than having the ice cream sap their energy.
---
Aww, she's nice to kitty cats, how swe-
Nooo! She froze Artemis!
---
It's like Berthier was just dying to dispose of her Droid subordinate anyway.
---
Use your fire powers, Mars!
Oh, who am I kidding? This is a Mercury episode, we need Sailor Mercury to save the day!
----
I think this is the first actual attack in Sailor Mercury's repertoire of Sailor Powers. Usually, her attacks don't harm her enemies.
~~~~~
Mina just said that Serena has a perfectly good brain. I was gonna write it off as Mina being flanderized into a ditz, but then I realized Serena does sometimes use her brain in battle, so she has a point.
Amy doesn't try to get Rini to stay up past her bedtime, and in fact, tells her to go to bed when she sees her dozing off.
Bertie treated Frosty (or Nipasu, as she was originally known as in Japan) with way more dignity than her Japanese counterpart did.
The image song, "Onaji Namida o Wakeatte" was replaced with a new song, "Only a Memory Away." And both songs had MIDI versions that I enjoyed listening to long ago. I don't think they'll sound as good as I remembered them, since technology is always moving on.
Shine Aqua Illusion was called Mercury Ice Storm Blast in this episode, but I think after this they just called it by its original name.
Since everyone liked that one screenshot of LSD Dream Emulator that I took a while ago (thanks for the likes and reblogs, btw), I just wanna show you guys that same moon face thing without the railing obscuring it.
This is my favorite screenshot that I took so far.
