I'm gonna be super honest right now about a dumb thing

So with Con coming up and YoI being a thing, here's my big thing. I used to figure skate (lessons and whatnot) and I recognize this may be silly but I'm gonna be internally hurting if/when I see people wearing actual figure skates with blade guards at con. I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE ROLL THEIR ANKLES AND INJURE THEMSELVES SO BADLY WALKING WITH GUARDS ON THE FOAM MATS SURROUNDING THE RINK. Not to mention the pain you're feet can be in if the skates aren't broken in properly???? They aren't made for casual walking around in like that??? Remember the warnings of the Ballet Anime Fandom/cosplayers: DONT DO THE THING IF YIU DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING. You wouldn't/shouldn't buy or wear pointe shoes if you didn't actually take ballet/know proper ways to wear or use them, don't do it with figure skates. Please respect your figure skates, I beg you. Plus there's essentially a fat knife on your shoes so idk if cons will even allow them but pls be smart don't abuse your skates…

I normally do not do this but I am making a personal post. Cosplayers be warned of this cosplayer and photographer. She has been bothering a friend of mine over a photo that was removed as asked. Yes my friend acted stupidtly when handling the matter but none the less the photos been removed for 24 hours now. Instead of accepting that and leaving my friend alone this person has posted constantly about my friend and even went as far as to give out her personal account information. Which resulted in her reciving messages such as “you’re a disgrace” “please go die” “just slit your throat already”

This person claims my friend needs to move on already, yet my friend is dealing with a few personal things and is currently sucidal, i am working on helping her. She does not need all this ontop of it. If this is how a photographer handles an issue that was eventually resolved they aren’t one you should work with. Cosplay bullying isn’t right and this is what this situation has become. My friends gone so far as to delete her account because of this person constantly sending people at her all over a problem that was resolved.

The photograph was removed last night, the person did what was asked, even if they went about handling the situation wrongly. They have been under a good amount of stress. This is not how a professional photographer handles issues that have been resolved in any form. Beware cosplayers, please stay clear of this person it’s clear they will not let a issue go even if what they asked to be done has been done.

On the left:

Really shitty transfer paper. Will crinkle up after being put in the washing machine and can be peeled off. 3 sheets for about $8 or $9. Bought from Joanns.

On the right:

AWESOME Transfer paper that has been washed multiple times and still looks perfect. 5 sheets for about $12 or $15? Bought from Office Depot.
