Eurovision Song Contest 1992 - Scoreboard
This generation felt like pure chaos, at least on my side, and I can’t say I 100% enjoyed it. I think Clementine deserved better, for many reasons and I’m sad this is the life she got (although she seemed happy with it). I can only hope next generation will be more planned and I won’t feel this odd pressure of time. But oh well, it is done now and I’m happy to move on (fr the urge to just scrap the entire thing was real).
It is now time to count all the points :) With Clementine and Agnes I was following ‘dream on’ and ‘paint it, black’ paths from the completionist challenge

Generation 3 was the longest generation so far and it felt like it...As I probably said a couple of times already I honestly would have chosen a different Lifetime Wish if I knew completing “Monster Maker” was going to be this tedious and time-consuming but alas I didn’t know 😅 so I went through with it, even if it was frustrating or boring at times.
On the bright side, this gave me time to explore the pack! I like how much is included with the Inventing Skill (all the gadgets to improve life, the toys to give to children, time machine, consignment shop...!) and how spacious and diverse Twinbrook is. I can see myself revisiting this world in the future, I think a lot can be done here, more than what I’d done 😊 Also as per usual, it’s amazing how the expansion not only adds new things but builds on previously added features. This is something the next title seriously lacks... I don’t know what went wrong during the development of The Sims 4 but I’m happy to see The Sims 3 continues being thoughtful and detailed~
On the other hand, I feel a little regretful as the generation dragged on and that made me wrap it up a little abruptly... Well, all in all this generation gave me a fun and loving family & a line of heirs perfect for what’s to come. And I’m grateful for that 💖

See you in Generation 4 🌆🍸🦇
This is where we wrap up Generation 2 of the Halen Lepacy! *party poppers* It was such a ride~ At first I felt super overwhelmed with all the new features (World Adventures is one of the best Expansion Packs The Sims franchise has ever had, sue me) but I gradually found my way and could enjoy it to the fullest. I laughed so many times at all the silly little details (for example all the faces Quinn made when practicing Martial Arts - simply priceless lol) and it felt so rewarding to travel the world and complete many goals :)
There were times I wish I could have done more (get more into Nectar Making and Photography, explore more of Al Simhara, etc.) but I think I made the right decision when I decided to not complete every single goal listed for this generation and be content with the things I have achieved. If I truly did everything required, I think I would have burnt out eventually 😅
Time to calculate the score!
Since there are quite a few things I didn’t do, I listed only the things I have done to not feel bad about it lol and see that section down below called “Gain points for”? It’s from the very-very bottom of the challenge page. How could I overlook it 😑 (I could have counted more points for generation 1 with it so I’ll go ahead and edit that post. I decided to leave Generation 1 unchanged, it’s really too much hassle to go back and check it!)
Move to Barnacle Bay or Riverview +5 points ✔
Travel to Egypt, France, and China +0.5 point ✔
Gain all visa levels +1 point x 2 = 2 points ✔ (I gained all levels in 2 locations - France and China - so I’ll double it...Not sure if it’s abiding the rules but anyway~)
Master the Martial Arts Skill +1 point ✔
Complete Martial Arts Challenge 'Grand Master’ +1 point ✔
Complete Martial Arts Challenge 'Timber Terminator’ +1 point ✔
Complete the LTW 'Martial Arts Master’ +1 point ✔
Complete the Plumber Challenge (Handiness Skill) +1 point ✔
+ Gain points for:
Sim topping career: +5 points ❌ (Quinn is Level 9, too bad!!)
Sim getting an A in school as a teen. +2 points x 3 = 6 points ✔ (Unless the next generation dictates, I always make sure my Teens become A students before aging up!)
Sim completing their LTW: +10 points ✔
Mastered a skill for heir: +7 points ✔ (Martial Arts only...but Quinn almost mastered Fitness and Handiness too)
Each Skill Challenge you complete +2 points x 3 = 6 points ✔
Sim having more than two children: +2 points per child = 2 points ✔
Every unique gnome on the legacy lot +0.5 point ✔
All points: 49
See you in Generation 3 🤖🧨🔍👩🚒
Generation 1 is over! It was such a ride - as a newcomer, I made a lot of silly mistakes and had quite a few happy/not happy accidents (some of them I showed, a lot of them I didn’t for reasons lol), regardless it was a ton of fun. I think Vanessa is my first Sims 3 Sim I grew attached to 🤧
And now that I’m finished, it’s time to calculate the overall score of “how well I did” based on the goals I’ve set up with the help of @/horusmenhosetix’ challenge. As I mentioned beforehand, this generation was largely inspired by the “Dream On” section but I ended up completing some other goals as well \o/
