when he needs to clear his head, galekh takes walks. which can… go pretty long, in all honesty. he gets wrapped up in his own thoughts and the serenity of it all, wandering almost on autopilot as he lets himself wind down and clear out. when lacking the time for a walk, he gravitates towards more classical music, setting a metronome on his table to tick with the heartbeat of the song. it’s the rhythm, for him. the rhythm of his steady pace, the rhythm of the metronome, it helps him sit back and flush out his thoughts. resetting himself, in a way
