so my partner attempted to google Edinburgh, Scotland today. Attempted being the key word.

When was the last time a country declared Independence from England/UK? Ireland became independent in 1916, that’s over 100 years ago. Scotland and Wales are both pushing for independence

Scotland’s Yousless Justice Minister...  

Its merely a meme.  Of course its not true that Humza Yousaf does nothing all day long...   The vain SNatsi who couldn’t get the trains to run on time, couldn’t ‘build bridges’ between communities and who was convicted of driving without insurance - all while Transport Minister - who has recently been promoted to Justice minister - does take actions.

As the minister with responsibility for the administration of justice in Scotland - he has now taken to offering his personal opinion on cases under investigation by the police.  Of course its not just any old case - its his political prioorities that determine his active commentary.  Such as his pronouncements on the investigation of Salmond which just breaks his heart  (The investigation, presumably, not the alleged sexual batteries and sexual miscondict!  Because as useless-Yousaf says: the former first minister encouraged him to stand for election and had shown him many “kindnesses” over the years - as though that has any bearing on anything).

But spilling his broken heart over the ‘kind Alex Salmond’ being under investigation is not the only thing Yousless is doing while usless Justice Minister: -

Dog-Whistle Sectarian

No stranger to controversy - he took a selfie in a football club branded hoodie. Less signalling support for his team, in a hoodie he was more signalling his contempt for others.  Parading in the attire of the terrors of the terraces - Celtic casuals - posing a ‘sectarian dog whistle’ photo.  (How inconvenient that his party is being investigated for administrative bias against that team’s principal rival).

But he is also doing a lot of riding round on his high horse about the combination of any remark he deems ‘islamophobic’ (and therefore Strictly Verboten) and the need for people to be conscious of inflammatory language when tweeting. 

Sensitivity and victim-hood hurtyness on full view and, of course, the perfect stick with which to beat an opponent.  

Racially and religiously charged tweet - for no good reason, but its all “In fairness..”...!

Surprizing to see such disparate tweets from him in the space of days..?  Hardly - he is a phony.  Problem is he is also phony Justice Minister for Scotland.  How’s that for Yousless!

Oh aiiiiiii, Scortlaaand.

So here I am, watching the Audi Cup, a football tournament being played in Germany. Now. I was enjoying the game, Barcelona vs Bayern Munich when half time blew. I didn't think of this until the half time analysis came about, but why is it theres always ONE Scottish person when I sit down to watch football? I knew bout this before, I have already had the realization but, it was a realization of a realisation.  Now, I'm not being racist towards Scottish people. I love the place* and the people†, I'm even keen on the famous Scottish pop, Irn Bru. But come on. Every time I watch football. Either a Scotsman is commentating or a pundit. No matter which league I watch. No matter which network/channel I watch  it on. Theres always that pesky Scot on my screen. Why not a nice Oirish man? A welsh? EQUAL RIGHTS NOW!  * -- I don't.  † -- I don't.
