B- I think they’re super cute, but my issue is that I always struggle to properly picture them being together, if that makes sense? Like, I love the idea of it but I cannot nail down how they’d be in an actual relationship

I'm a Whovian first. Whoever they get, I'll grow in to them.

I’d like to say I can do the same but I can’t. I never liked the 11th Doctor. He never grew on me. I loved 12 considering and I’m hopeful that I’ll love 13 as well. Either way having a new show runner should help tons!

Thank you for saying this. I also in general prefer the Doctor as Male. People can have their own head canons and preferences for all sorts of personal reasons. That doesn't mean I can't see the larger value in having a hero/ cultural icon such as the doctor be depicted as female or gender fluid. It simply means I don't see this particular character that way. Maybe it will happen and it will be great. Maybe it will happen and I will choose to ignore it like I do 99.99%

of all canon. People can have different ideas about the direction they want a character to go. Frankly I'd love for him to be a hot ass Asian guy with scruff and a dark past, but I get that that isn't everyone's cup of bananas, and I wouldn't call someone racist for not wanting that.

Yes! Thank you. People seem to think ‘I don’t want a female Doctor’ means ‘I would hate a female Doctor! It would be horrible! Gross. The Doctor is male and that’s it!’ but really it’s just a personal preference. If the Doctor is female I would probably be a little bummed but then I’d shrug and then move on with my life. I would be happy for those who really want a female Doctor too because it’s important to them. I might even end up loving a female Doctor. I’m not against it I just prefer a male. That’s it. Plain and simple. 

BTW I would also love a hot Asian guy with a dark past. I would 100% get behind that. Especially if it was Byung-hun Lee.
