The updated profile for the Doom Patrol featured in Who's Who Update '88 #1. Written by Robert Greenberger and Peter Sanderson with Erik Larsen pencils. Not the most popular iteration of the team, but it is what came directly before Grant Morrison's run and there's still some spark to a couple of the characters we have here.
Scott Fischer started at the National Outdoor Leadership School as a participant at age 14. He continued in the program as an instructor for years afterward. Michael Allison took this photograph of him climbing in either Wyoming or Utah circa 1970.
It's funny how people (both writers and fans) try to put more heroes into Jason's generation, like he was robin for a little more than 3 years.
All the teen heroes that I could think coexisted with him are Wayne Hawkins, Scott Fischer, Rhea Jones, Edward Bloomberg (the only one he actually interacted with) and Mae Kent (?).
