London Fat Duck @ Scotts Square.
Back here again, and I must say, the char siew is pure orgasm. The duck is good, but not as good as London’s Four Seasons Restaurant for sure. But still worth a visit!
Always love the outlet at Scotts Square, for a quiet nice meal :)
Chihuly At Scotts Square: V&A Chandelier 1999
I am a huge fan of Dale Chihuly's Victoria & Albert chandelier in London. Installed in 2001, the current ‘Ice Blue and Spring Green Chandelier’ is the up-sized version of the original 1999 chandelier, which has now come out of storage and can be seen hanging above the main entrance of Scotts Square in Singapore.
The settings for both chandeliers could not be more different. Thanks to the tropical sun, I think the Singapore chandelier really stands out for its vibrancy and translucency of colours.
