Here me out: A Role Reversal AU. the scout characters as warriors and the warriors all being born on Paradis
but Here's the real kicker. A Mikasasha AU Where Mikasa and Sasha take the place of Reiner and Bertholdt's original roles.
I can't think of motives to become warriors but here's an idea I have about these warriors. Mikasa has the Female Titan, Sasha has the Beast titan ( She's a forest girl and has an innate connection with nature) Armin is the Colossal, Jean is the Armored Titan but those are the important ones.
Basically Mikasa, Sasha, and Armin. Only those three are sent on Paradis to capture the founding titan. Armin kicks down the Outer gate and Sasha's big bulky beast titan, either a wolf a bear, or an Ox breaks down the inner gate. Also Gabi takes Eren's place and is the Attack titan
They spend 5 years on the island and Armin takes Annie's role and does a lot of digging around. However, like Annie he is defeated by the scouts due to Levi in Stohess.
Something i want to clear up is that Mikasa is vastly different from Reiner, she is mentally stable and all she wants is to go home. Sasha is the same old Sasha but has a little bit of seriousness.
The Utgard Castle Arc happens and Jean's armored titan was spotted during the arc, taking the place of Zeke's beast titan. Seeing Jean's titan made Mikasa realize she and Sasha are on a ticking time bomb. If they don't come back with something, anything, then they'll be finished. They have to take Gabi
The Reveal happens however this time with Mikasa and Sasha as the female and Beast titan. Mikasa engages Gabi on the ground while Sasha deals with the scouts. Mikasa emerges victorious against Gabi's attack titan and she and Sasha flee to the forest of Giant Trees to recharge.
RTS happens and sadly Sasha is the one left behind while Mikasa is the one that returns to Marley.
