Cyrus is actually a Researcher of the facility, and normally conducts interviews involving Zane. He got his start in the foundation through Dr.Julien, the Facilities Head scientist!

why do they want to keep the ninja? will they ever be free?
The faculty sees the Ninja as a threat to the safety of innocents, despite always doing their best to protect those who can't protect themselves. They were actually hesitant to capture them, since they were Ninjago's only protectors.

The time twins seems to be quite the anomaly although they say they are twins being born only 3 minutes apart one appears to be older than the other by 40 years I must investigate this further
Krux and Acornix are both classified as Safe, sicne they have no inherent anomolus properties. The time blades on the other hand...
So what are Ronin and Dareth's roles? I'm going to guess Misako is another researcher, right?
Misako is a researcher. She often conducts interviews with Lloyd, Kid Lloyd doesn't trust her much. Dareth is D-Class personnal the ninja have grown attached to. The only reason he's being kept alive is because the Ninja refuse to let him get hurt since he's their friend
What about Echo you know Zane's little brother
Ehco is actually juliens biological son in this AU, though he does seem to have some relation to Zane.
Which of the Ninja was the hardest to capture and bring into the facility? Also Destiny's Bounty seems very sentient, do you think it misses the Ninja?
All of the ninja were difficult to capture on their own right, thigh I’d say Cole was the hardest sicne he went intangible almost immediately.
And I wouldn’t be surprised if the bounty missed its soul inhabitants.
