XX-XX-XXXX, 9:15 AM: 2 members of the 05 council, namely [REDACTED] and [REDACTED], meet with [REDACTED] at Site XXXX.

XX-XX-XXXX, 10:00 AM: Subject 5146 begins an experiment on SCP-????, as per his schedule.

XX-XX-XXXX, 10:45 AM: Experiment begins to take a turn for the worse. SCP-???? gets agitated and begins to kill present personnel. Subject 5146 gets caught in the crossfire as Security detail personnel begin to arrive.

XX-XX-XXXX, 11:00 AM: Subject 5146 manages to escape the experiment room and runs down the halls.

XX-XX-XXXX: 11:25 AM: Meeting begins. Subject 5146 runs past the meeting room. Hearing his own name, he listens in. No personnel in the area hear or see him, so he moves closer, opening the door and moving inside.

XX-XX-XXXX, 12:00 PM: 5146 knows everything.

XX-XX-XXXX, 12:15 PM: Other subjects search the building for 5146. The meeting is put on hold. [REDACTED] finds 5146 and grants him immunity, despite the 05 council members present being against it. Subject 5146 is given a deal in exchange for his silence.

I was reading through the George’s mom au and the Gift from Mom made me tear up. A Gift from Dad is my favorite SCP and every time read it I always cry a bit.

I always cry whenever reading/listening to a reading of SCP-348. It’s such a simple SCP, but with a deep meaning behind it. I remember when I first looked over it, I cried. 

I’m glad someone got the reference :)

Object class: Elucid

Containment Area:

SCP-0464 is to be kept in a modified containment cell with any furniture it requests that has been approved. It is to be kept under camera surveillance at all times. If cameras are to go out, all available security personnel must go to the cell until it is confirmed that the SCP is still contained. Weekly checks must be performed to look for any disturbances in the cell or contraband. 

0464 is not permitted to have any loose items (items other than furniture and necessities) and all furniture must be bolted to the ground. It is allowed the same freedoms as other Elucids. Failure to follow all procedures involving this SCP will result in the person(s) responsible being demoted. 

Clearance Level:

At least level 2 clearance is needed to be in contact with this SCP.

Abnormal Property:

SCP-0464 is.  one of if not the SCP with the most abilities at Site [REDACTED] at the time of this file’s release. On paper, 0464’s abilities are not harmful. If used correctly, however they could create a catastrophe, one much worse than most incidents as of XX/XX/XXXX. 

0464’s abilities include flight, shapeshifting (limit not known), portal creation (we are unsure how far these portals are able to go), the ability to change corporeality and visibility (presumably of itself). As of XX/XX/XXXX the facility is unsure if this SCP is able to do these at will or what its limits are. Testing has been scheduled, the file will be updated accordingly.

Behaviour:

SCP-0464 is a generally docile SCP, spending most of its time alone or with favored SCP/Staff. When it comes to Melchor, 0464 tries to inconvenience him in any way possible though it does not seek him out to do so. 0464 has dubbed itself 'Dakota', the other SCP have since been calling it that.

The SCP tends to disappear often. We are unsure where it goes thought it always seems to return 5–6 hours after it is found to be missing. When asked how it left or where it went, it vaguely responds, often replying with one or two words. 

Look:

SCP-0464 takes on the appearance of a humanoid with many animal attributes. Most noticeably, it has wings similar to the violet crowned woodnymph (see: attached image). It also features antlers similar to a red deer. It has short, vibrant hair. Its hair color changes often though it's always an unnatural colour. Its eyes possess this ability as well. 

As of XX/XX/XXXX it is unsure if 0464 can change these colours at will. It does not seem to have any connections to a specific piece of clothing though it has requested to be able to keep the accessories  it had pre-capture. No action has been taken to fulfill this request as of this file's release. If this is approved, the file will be updated accordingly.

How DO the SCPs we know (aka Green and Ora) act after painful experimentations like that?

0469 tries to act normal but it is quite obvious that it's not at 100%. 0472 usually doesnt argue with 0469 on those days, they both relax and spend a day not yelling at eachother
