Possible sumerian-based alternative names for the lizardfam:
Addam > Addaan, from Ad (corpse, skeleton, father, shout, song, dispatch, send, drive away, shrub, thornbush) + da (arm, side, to hold, to be near, to protect) + an (sky, heaven, god, to be high)
Hawwah/Eve > Ešme, from Eš (many, much) + me (battle, to act, behave)
Lilith > Lílili, from Líl (wind, breath, infection) + ili (to rise, get up)
Caïn > Kanaen, from Kana (apprehension, worry, affliction, trouble) + en (lord, dignitary, priest, diviner, noble, to rule), would have been called Kanaenan had he became chief
Able > Ášbaal, from Áš (wish, curse, to desire, to curse) + baal (hostility, enemies, to dig up, to tear down, to demolish)
Seth > Zased, from Za (precious stone, gem, hailstone, bead) + sed (cold water, coolness, quieted, to be calmed, to pacify), should technically be called Zasedan but never took the suffix
I quite like these names, because although they don't strictly follow the Sumerian naming system, they do respect the fact that people were named based on what was expected of them when they grew up.
(Fun fact: the name Abel is speculated to come from the Assyrian name Ablu "son", although I haven't found the origin of this speculation, I've seen that it's something that is repeated in several articles)
