Don't you hate nights where you know you really, really need the rest (I have to make impt house decisions later) and the universe is hell bent on getting you to forsake your sleep just the night before?
I am currently up and past 1 am even though I am so fucking tired because a goddamn little roach decided that my bed was its new playground and happily crawled across my sleeping space, onto my pillows and plushies and has seemingly DISAPPEARED behind the headboard area of my bed frame. Now I don't normally get such bugs in my room, and most imptly I had cleared out my room from top to bottom, less than a year ago, and have been maintaining it clean ever since. It's a BETTER CONDITION than when I had not revamped it, and yet a bug of this calibre can still make its way in. Never mind. My overworked brain just keeps telling me if I don't see its FUCKING BODY dead or anywhere, it means it's still playing around SOMEWHERE in my room and since it chose my sleeping grounds to reveal itself, who says it won't do it again and crawl into my ears as I sleep???? CAN YOU SEE THAT THOUGHT PROCESS?
HOW AM I TO SLEEP??
