Thank you very much ♥ I hope so too ;; I can’t wait for the weekend so I can sleep all day long again lol
@screamlesskies replied: You're going through the right route. I think it's important to get if your anxiety and depression are basal or if your hormones/ dysphoric PMS also take a part in it. It can be important to change your pill, try some cognitive therapies or other drugs a psychiatrist can prescribe. If you have any other good doc recommendation, go for it. If you wait, please get that rest & maybe try some relaxation stuff like yoga. It can be helpful. I'm still green over these matters & can't really give you more than a few words now, but you'll get there. You may go through trial and error for a while but you'll get that help you need and deserve ;)
I’ve already changed my pill a couple of times bc of the menstrual pains & cramps, the “weaker” pills either didn’t work that well (like... I’d get my period while taking the pill? it was weird, my cycle is super weird without any regulation tbh) or just didn’t help with the cramps at all... That’s why so far I’ve stuck with this one... (and going totally off the pill isn’t really an option either bc cramps + weird cycle (unexpected periods and/or sometimes they don’t show up for 3 months then come back for DAYS and hurt like hell)..
I could maybe try to see a generalist to talk at least about anxiety and/or the pill problem but I don’t have any other doctor recommendations (or like I said it’d be farther from where I live + quite expensive and my health insurance isn’t that great so I’d rather not pay too much for that :<)
I think I’m going to try & get maybe a week off or smth soon to at least get away from work since it’s a huge source of anxiety etc lately :<.
But thank you very much for your advice & nice words, it means a lot ♥♥
