Kili hurried excitedly up to the door to Cassie's new home in Erebor and paused just before it to quickly run his fingers (rather uselessly) through his tangled locks. It'd been a few days since he'd seen her, with all the bustle of settling down in the now-secured kingdom of Erebor. Last he'd spoken with her, she hadn't even been placed in a home yet. But Balin directed him today to her quarters and off he went, grinning from ear to ear. Now he knocked on her door , hoping she was home.
