I think you'll really, really like this one, maybe. It's about the New York Symphony! And it's a comedy! So it's not sad, really! My mom and sister and I just watched it all the way through in the last two nights (there's only 10 half-hour episodes in the first season) and we all loved it. So. You should watch the thing.

Okay! Sofia’s Courferre and E/R Les Mis fic rec list for Zsa Zsa part two, featuring Good Intentions once again, because you still haven’t read it. There may be some overlap between this list and the last one I made you, because I’m too lazy to go search for that one and see what’s actually on it. So… if half of these are on that one, too, then… whoops. Sorry.

Good Intentions: (Courferre, E/R, Feuilly/Bahorel, Joly/Bossuet, Marius/Cosette) It’s their seventh and final year at Hogwarts and Courfeyrac decides it’s about time someone does something about everyone being in love with each other.

The Universe Says Kiss Him: (Courferre) There’s been some strange phone swap and somehow Courfeyrac finds himself talking to the mother of the guy he maybe made out with at a party.

Take Flight, Come Near: (Courferre, E/R, Bahorel/Feuilly/Jehan) Combeferre is a dragonologist who runs a shelter and is trying to get unstuck with his research. His life doesn’t quite turn upside-down when Courfeyrac bursts into his life with an injured dragon, but it’s definitely different.

How The Future’s Done: (E/R) 

"Grantaire," he says slowly. "What do you have in that box?"

Grantaire looks up at Enjolras, his eyes very blue even with the glaze of drunkenness at the edges. “A favor,” he says.

These Things Take Time: (E/R, Courferre) He’s always wary of making assumptions; even more so when Grantaire is concerned. He knows he’s not the easiest person to deal with. People either like him or can’t stand him, and it’s easy to respond to those reactions, but Grantaire—Grantaire is hostile and mocking, Grantaire scorns his beliefs, and Grantaire stays.

This Joke Isn’t Funny Anymore: (Courferre) (Sequel to These Things Take Time) Courfeyrac is a hurricane—albeit a smiling one, the sort you almost wish to be whisked away by.

In Two Thousand and Nine, You Were Two Thousand and Fine: (E/R, Courferre) 

Combeferre gives him a pitying look. “You bought him chocolates on Valentine’s Day.”

“I was hungry. We were studying together. The chocolate was on offer.”

Heaven in a Wildflower: (Courferre) 

Courfeyrac can see hints of ink peeking out from the man’s shirt collar, and that isn’t helpful at all. The fuck fuck fuck looping in his head intensifies.

“Flowers!” he exclaims, acutely aware of how manic he sounds, and wishing that the ground would open up and swallow him whole. He’s never been this bad at social interaction, not even with people he finds attractive. He’s an amazing flirt, a natural flirt, this doesn’t happen to him. “I need flowers,” he says, calmer.

Put a Label On It: (E/R, Courferre, J/B/M, Bahorel/Jehan, Cosette/Marius) Bahorel drags Grantaire to a party held by the queer rights group he’s recently joined.
