I understand we all love cinnamon roll Adrien Agreste, but the way this fandom forgets about the other main character, a biracial woman, is really disheartening.
Give me more discussions on how hard it is for Marinette to hide her being a superhero from her parents because she tells them everything.
Give me more about how much Marinette has come into her own as Ladybug and has grown so much more confident as Marinette.
Give me more Marinette Dupain-Cheng.

Although I don’t have many followers on this account, I want to make it clear that this blog and I wholeheartedly support BLM. I know that the Sims community likes to use this game to escape the real world, but as a white person working to always practice allyship, I know that it is a privilege to think that the “real world” and our online community can ever be fully separate.
I know most of the ts2 community I’ve seen is deeply supportive of the BLM movement, but if you’re not, I want you to ask yourself: Why not? Could you educate yourself more to understand both the movement and the history behind it? Could you be challenging your view? I know you’ve seen plenty of resources floating around the web, and I’m sure you’re savvy enough to do a bit of research. A few instagrams to start with could be @ aclu, @ the__South, and @ blackvisionscollective, but I encourage you to look out for more Black voices on this.
