hey nikki! huge fan of you as a fitness inspiration! ive been going to the gym for about 7 months now but i still have trouble making it all 5 days to focus on each body group (the only part ive actually seen a lot of progress in is my legs bc thats the one ive been the most consistent with). recently ive been getting better bc school is out but sometimes things happen and i have to skip which i feel shitty about. any advice on how i can be better about it? or not feel bad if its necessary?
hm i would say if you are having trouble hitting all your muscle groups because you accidentally skip every now and then… i think a 4 day UPPER LOWER UPPER LOWER split would benefit you that way if you end up skipping a day you can easily make it up
