Calls again and says nope need medication B. When he comes in, I ring him up. Looks at his bottle, and starts screaming he needed medication A NOT B. We get the other one ready, AGAIN, and he leaves. Apparently he saw my boss AT MCDONALDS, and tells him he needs to get new staff because *I* (he called me by NAME) always get his shit wrong. I wasn't even the one that took the initial phone call (wasn't her fault either) I just rang him up. Typically this would be humorous to me but given the bad mental health days I've had, this makes me want to cry. WE manage your refills, WE call your doctor, WE refill and put back medications when you can't make up your mind. Do not tell my boss AT MCDONALDS WITH HIS WIFE AND KID that *I* need replaced. This is why technicians end up taking more medications than the patients.
