Okay headcanon time!! Idk what to call this, an AU maybe? It's my interpretation. My headcanons and redesigns all stacked together into one big makeover of the show.
Anyways, headcanons for Priscilla and Stinky!!
Priscilla is 31-32 during the show's run (31 in S1, 32 in S2) and Stinky is 38-39.
There is a seven-ish year age gap between them, with Stinky’s birthday before Priscilla’s.
Priscilla is a spoiled brat. Stinky enables her.
Priscilla’s parents died of cholera when she was five years old. At age six, she went to live with her uncle and aunt, and her 14 year old cousin, Stinky.
The two grew up together, and Stinky, being a good boy, took care of her.
Basically raised as siblings.
She was raised with the orphan treatment™, and was thoroughly spoiled as a little girl. Everything she wanted, she got. Her aunt and uncle treated her like a princess, and Stinky was her loyal knight.
She didn't do much work growing up, but wherever Stinky went, she followed. Going to buy sugar at the store? Stinky walks out carrying a sack over one shoulder, and a ball of pink, black, and white on the other. Stables need cleaning? Stinky is pitching, and Priscilla is napping in the fresh hay.
Stinky is genuinely unbothered, and enjoys her presence, even when she isn't much help. (Or when shes is, by all rights, acting a burden.)
Priscilla could commit crimes and Stinky would be like. Okay. So? I don't understand the problem.
It's kinda a brains and brawn type of situation, only Stinky has all the brawn and most of the (nonexistent) brains as well.
Stinky can be smart, but only when he applies himself. Most people think he's dumb, because he's a bit slow and very hillbilly-esque, but thats just because he doesn't care enough to prove them wrong.
Despite the fact that his parents almost seemed to favor Priscilla over him, as most people do, jealousy is nearly a foreign concept to Stinky.
As long as he knows that he's loved, that’s plenty for him.
Stinky always grows bee balm and cone flowers in his garden because Priscilla likes them. (Even though she can totally grow them herself.)
Genuinely unbreakable bond. I don't think they have ever had a serious fight about anything. Ever. Together they are like two halves of the same whole.
