I'm a little bit familiar with the first Mirror's Edge game. I think Grian being a runner is kind of a cool idea actually. I dunno how interested you are in the "Grian with wings" fanon but parkour (especially the mirror's edge style) can be very similar to flying. and I think he'd like being kind of underhanded and sneaky regardless.

You haven't seen ranchers double life pov? You haven't seen boat boys double life either if you only watched Pearly. Oh my Universe. I do a bit envy you, I wish I watched their POVs for the first time yet again. When I joined the fandom the first episode of Last Life was coming out, so I got emotionally devastated since Last Life. Which was honest to Universe September 2021, which is insane, over three years ago. You have all the time to experience just everything that killed me personally.
Mirror's Edge is one of my FAVOURITE games, because I really love how the movement and parkour feels in it, you are just invincible while you are running and it is a lot similar to flying, I do agree, you feel untouchable in this game with the way movement works, especially with the grappling hook mechanic and all various slides and swings and ahhhh. It feels like something so Grian too. I think he would have so much fun running around and feeling so free up there.
I love winged Grian headcannon for a lot of reasons. Wasn't personally there when hc s7 was coming out and never managed to watch it in full. (I can't underestimate how painful it is for me to watch old Minecraft, and also with Grian basically starting his every episode with "please don't send hate to my friends" was yikes) BUT he is just a birdie boy. I am just SO BAD at drawing wings. There's like 5 arts where I actually drawn him with his wings out. And it's if I am being very generous.
