and here i was wracking my head for the name and it was just khobz. ..i'm- okay! your mint is different though? it has purple flowers with it too? i don't really know the specific name of it- but every spice store in the souk sold it so i assumed that was it scvshskl. pls pls tell me bc i've tried every method i could think of. i want to go back just to stuff my face with msemen every morning

And I never realized that. Honestly any mint works, just as long as it's good quality. Like the leaves are really green, big and smell really good. If they're not :\ I can't guarantee a good tea :(
Ok so onto making mint tea! (I hope I can remember without having to make it does that makes sense? haha)
1. Boil water!!
2. In a teapot put some green tea (so the tea that you bought, maybe like two three spoons, but then it depends on the size of the teapot and for how many you're making :\)
3. With a little bit of the boiled water, wash the tea. So pour a little bit of boiling water into the teapot, enough so the tea can swirl around and really clean itself, then pour the water out.
4. Once that's done you add the mint!! Directly into the teapot. That you can add as much as you want depending on how minty you want your tea.
5. Add sugar.
6. Pour the boiling water but make sure the water doesn't directly hits the leaves. I know that sounds complicated but try pouring it on the side of the teapot because then you might burn the leaves.
7. And that's IT!! You're mint tea is ready :]

﹆ backstory. originally born on a small island called rosedale, yeeun grew up with her parents. with her father being a doctor himself, and running his own clinic, yeeun found herself looking up to him and wanting to be a doctor like him. when she was around ten years old, yeeun’s father would begin teaching her basic medical stuff before slowly progressing into much harder stuff as she got older.
yeeun would later go to school in order to become a professional doctor before returning home in order to take over her father’s clinic. however she wouldn’t take over her father’s clinic as she met taeyeon who wanted to recruit her to join her crew. yeeun would end up joining the atë crew as the ship’s doctor.
years later, when hongjoong was found drifting at sea, yeeun would take care of him before taking him under her wing like her father did with her. yeeun would adopt hongjoong not long after.

while yeeun loves her job as a doctor, she often ends up scolding crew member when they aren’t careful enough and end up injuring themselves.
the crew has resorted to calling her “the death surgeon” due to her not being too gentle with her patients and often comes off as scary to new crew members.
yeeun is actually a lot stronger than what people would assume her to be which only adds to her scariness.
she is always in her room developing new medicines in order to treat future illnesses and injuries that might inflict the crew.

while in altissia, kanteera would make her transition into a woman. after her transition, kanteera would leave altissia and travel to other cities and islands to explore the world before meeting with y/n and the rest of the atë crew.
after the events that would follow involving her, y/n, the atë crew, and some others, kanteera would join the all female pirate crew.

kanteera chose her new name after the famous singer of the same name that her and her mom would listen to when she was younger.
while in altissia, kanteera would sing at different places and events and manage to make a name for herself.
during birthday celebration’s kanteera likes sing songs from her idol, kanteera.
she was actually surprised by how welcomed she was by the crew, and even cried when they threw her a welcoming party.
since joining the crew, kanteera has become a big sister to a lot of the members younger than her.
she is often in the kitchen helping sunny prepare meals for the crew.
