how jet kettie and marone self care for themselves go- and i mean like how do they take time for themselves to treat themselves?

Jetmae doesn’t really find the need for self care nowadays! She’s in a very happy spot in her life, with none of the stress of modeling and her dysphoria being at an all time low! Before though, she’d do bath bombs and drink cold sweet stuff to even out her body temp so she didn’t overheat in the bath. Sometimes she’d pretend she was an opulent rainbowdrinker and that she was in fact, feasting on a glass of seadweller blood. Very refined, very powerful. On days where she was feeling particularly dysphoric, she’d just fucking. Douse herself in glitter, really fine glitter that stuck to her body and was smooth. Usually iridescent glitter, so her skin changed colours with the light. She loves the look of iridescent & glittery stuff, so it was harder to hate her body. Plus the changing colours made it easier for her to distance herself from her body, since it made her think of castes that weren’t her own. She doesn’t really use them because she wasn’t aware of them, but I’d like to think she’d enjoy stimming stuff, esp stuff that’s also visual, like the gel-slime stuff or mixing paints. She wouldn’t be very public about it, but she’d find them nifty and keep them in her hive.

Ketspa’s actually really shit about purposefully taking care of herself or giving herself nice things, besides like lingerie lmao. Her way of dealing with shit on her own most of the time is major dissociation, working herself out until she can barely move, or drinking and crying. Nowadays though she’ll usually head over to the village and kind of just. Throw herself on either Gruant or Kimtor. Soft (esp flushy) cuddling is the ultimate self care for her. Having someone she wants hold her does so much to quiet her mind. Kissing and more is 100% optional, just let her lay on you and hear your heart.

Marone very rarely takes time off for herself, but when she does, generally she just lets her crew know she’s having a day off and then spends it at her hive, reflecting on how much her ring/“business,” has grown, and essentially daydreaming about what it could become. Not focusing on the details of what would be needed for it to happen, no crunching numbers, just brainstorming on the positive and fun stuff. Sometimes she’ll even reflect on previous “unattainable,” goals she’s set, just to reminder useful anything is possible for her.On days she’s just pissed though, she strays away from coaching and goes to kick the shit out of stuff herself. Occasionally one of her higherblooded contractors will offer to spar with her, saying it’s fine because they’re durables. But even among her best, they tend only offer once or twice, since when she doesn’t let up, she can take someone out of commission for a damn long time.
