Injury and Recovery Exercises
A week after I got back into my routine, I fractured my left ankle and sprained my right ankle. I’m going to miss Pan Asians and BJJ Novice this year. Boohoo, right? Only I can manage to injure my feet with a single event of clumsiness. So now I am to rest and recover for 2-3 months, and I can’t sit idle during my recovery period can I? Hell no. I’ve been searching for seated cardio exercises around the internet and luckily, there are a handful of them and these two are my favorites so far:
minus the rows, and woodchopper because I don’t have an elastic band.
They’re from the same instructor. I like her style and she’s funny.
I’ll take this time to clean up my diet too. Low carb and more fiber for me. Oh and lots of calcium as told by my doctor.
