Lately, I’ve tried looking at the workouts before I’ve gone in to my class. However, I noticed that I’d AVOID the box (Crossfit Gym) if there was a lot of running in the workout. So, I went back to just showing up. As the class was warming up, I was thinking, “crud, they’re doing a running warmup 😱”. So I looked up on the board ... 2 800m runs -__- sandwiched between 40cal bike, 60cal row and 100 double unders. I broke the 800m into 2 400m runs and took everything 10cal at a time.
