Progress on the Six Million Stitches Boro Bag… okay… so we’re still working on the name (see previous post about same bag and chime in with your name ideas). Loving how this spiral motif turned out and this pocket is just about ready to be attached to the outside of the bag. Looks like we’ll still be working on this bag while we’re teaching our boro and Sashiko class at Camp STITCHES Vermont next week. Color!! Repurposing an old grocery tote bag with some boro style patchwork and sashiko. Everything is basted into place for the two panels including a pocket that we’ll add a zipper to later. We needed something to carry our stuff around in at Camp STITCHES Vermont so we’re making our own customized with the features we want.
