You'd be surprised how much companies do not at all understand video. To the point where they want you to add an animation to the one your making, and they send you a video that isn't even 480p What the hell who uses these

So I just finished the final run of my first week with the Couch to 5k program, and boy howdy I think it actually works really well so far. 

The first week itself is just 1 minute jogging 1:30 minute walking for like 20 minutes, and then slowly scales up. (1:30 jog 2 walk). And quite honestly, the first day was absolutely killer, but after that hump and these past 2 other days(you do 3 days a week for like 30 minutes each) have been actually pretty easy! Your legs are sore obviously, but thats just because using them. And I’ve also been walking in the days inbetween, which you dont necessarily have to do

But yeah, to anyone who is looking to lose weight, or get into running, I’d highly recommend the program. I personally use the little $2 app on the iPhone App Store, and it talks to you while you’re going tell you when to walk, jog, etc and you can totally listen to podcasts and music at the same time. (speaking of which, anyone interested in rpg playing podcast should check out Friends at the Table)

Osiris - Do you believe in the Underworld?

Plainly put, no. I think it’s a cool idea but I suppose the idea of a world being in the middle of Earth was just weird to me? But I do like the idea of other planes of existence, so maybe that’d tie into the “underworld bit”? I’m not sure! But I don’t necessarily believe in either

Bragi - What kind of music do you listen to? 

Honestly I dont talk about my music tastes much just because people are so fucking anal about music choices when… calm the fuck down. Let people like what they like to hear, so long as it isn’t like, super problematic

Anyway, getting to the chase… I really like anything? What I listen to now might be totally different to what I listen to next week. And it’ll be this or that, rock or techno, so on and so forth. There’s probably no type I dont listen to besides… Heavy metal types! Just dont wanna hurt my poor ears

I really don’t remember so instead I’ll talk about one just recently! So while I was working and hanging out with the film crew in our studio, the more experienced guy of the group, who is awesome and really friendly, sticks a clothes pin on me.

Which is a game across the whole film industry, you stick a clothes pin(C47s as we call them) onto someone when they arent suspecting and in places where they wouldnt find it. At least until they sit down(which the next time they do will probably be in their car about to drive home) and you relieve a pin is clipped to the back of your shirt.

Anyway, so my coworker does it once to me. By the end of the day, I’ve done it three times back to him, with all the other coworkers watching me and trying to covering their laughter.
