Probably the oldest addition on his entire playlist that has somehow stuck across multiple iterations of the character. It has always been about his relationship to Reiss, the world, and himself, even as each of those things has changed through out Snake Garden's development. I think it's important to note that "Blue" is recontextualized again and again through out both the song and Seb's arc, but to go into detail might give away more than I'd like :))
