I have a theory that when the writers of Young Sheldon came up with the idea of Mary being pretty wild before "the church got its hands on her", they had these scenes from Second Shot in mind. Mary Tucker in a lesbian bar? Likely place for her to be 👀
I'm sorry Zoe Perry you're never living down the Dallas Cowboy
hi…I as a reader want to know where you think Second Shot Andy and Reader can find themselves in the future (anything spicy brewing 🔥)

Hello, nonnie!!
Thank you for checking out Second Shot and for sending in this question!
Andy and reader will find themselves very happy in the future! And yes, it may not seem like it yet, but the spice is brewing!
Not me over here holding my breath that all this slow burn will be worth it 🫣
Thank you for your kind words ☺️🫶

SECOND SHOT
Second Jab Feels
Last, August 27, I got my first vaccine for the Covid-19 virus that is still spreading around the world.
I was mindful of the side effects but I only felt muscle pain in the injected part. Basically, I could not raise my arm up without feeling discomfort. It lasted for two days, but other than that, nothing else.
Then on September 7, I had to go back for my second shot. I heard of having a fever and other things from other people, so in anticipation of the side effects. I filed for leave the next day, just in case I feel really bad.
I planned to monitor myself. I had my thermometer to check my temperature every now & then. Within 24 hours after the second shot, my temperature just stayed somewhere around 36.5 - 37.0. I felt warm but no fever. I also just felt a little dizzy with a slight headache that didn't last long after I slept it off. At 36 hours max, I felt my body back in normal condition. The lemon water with ginger & garlic zest made me feel even better before I went to bed. I said if I felt bad, I would call in sick the next day. But, I ended up going to work.
I was not so sure if my antibody was really boosted for I just felt slight side effects after the vaccination. It can really be different for everybody. But I was also thinking, maybe my antibody was boosted another time. The last time I got a fever for no apparent reason was last January 2020. It was the onset of the pandemic & the alpha variant was starting to spread in the Philippines. I was actually scared that I got something like Corona but after two days, I felt pretty normal. Maybe that was the time when my antibody got boosted, I dunno.. but I’ve never been sick since then. Hopefully I won't, ever. Still trying to be all careful & safe.
Well, regardless of which, I am now fully vaccinated. And hopefully, this pandemic will end really soon so we can all go on with our lives without worrying about any virus. But till then, let us all stay safe.
I got my second covid vaccine shot today
Oh my arm hurts.
[...inside the oven. There is no need for a second shot. Be careful with that thing. He's gonna kill you.]
