Routine Trackers and Chill Moments
The routine tracker has been very much pared down and for a few reasons.
First, is that some of my habits were well enough established into a routine, or I benefited from it to the point where I wasn't going to forget to do so down the line.
That or I sort of gave up in the case of my own sleeping habits. Apparently throwing myself into bed at even 11:30 p.m. isn't going to happen. And honestly, 99% of the time I do at least go to bed before midnight...
The Chill Moments is a chance for me to sit outside in nature and just exist. This has been a goal of mine as a way to try and manage my ADHD. As many with the condition know, the medicine will only take you so far, you need to pull out every other trick in the book to survive.
The idea is I write the date that I did a moment and then write down observations. It also means I only need to commit to doing this at least 6 times this month, which is much better since I don't know if I'm going on a third round of treatment or not.
Sometimes you need to set expectations.
