i really, really wish that shipping platonically held as much weight as shipping romantically?  like, most of my partners / people on my dash do a good job of this, but as much as i think a lot of people in general want to pretend that they care about both equally, its not proven very well.   i know that i, personally, find a lot of the times that i rarely get as hyped up about a romantic pairing as i do over platonic ones?  my absolute favourite thing of all time are zeus’ interactions with his siblings and children!

not that i don’t love my romantic ones of course, but i always feel like i just. don’t care as much about the romantic stuff as i should considering how much of it i write on all my blogs. i just love family stuff so much more.

Okay but having previous heroes as professors rather than the gods because the heroes would actually have more of a direct impact on the next generation and the gods don't seem to have that ability or care as much?
