Charles has absolutely done this in the past, but it was usually nervous oversight. Now, Erik tugs his chair around with his powers, and he's far too attentive for that to happen.

I think they both do this, but it's mostly Erik. He tends to rub his beard all over Charles' face sometimes, especially when Charles starts giggling and tells him its ticklish. Tell me Erik wouldn't take this a step further to tease and hear his husband's laughter

Charles XD I can't really see them having pillow fights, but I'm sure he's playfully tossed a pillow at Erik and told him he's being ridiculous or especially flirtatious
Who falls asleep last, watching the other with a small affectionate smile
They definitely both do this, but I have a feeling Charles tends to fall asleep first. So it's mostly Erik. Charles actually takes comfort in the thought his husband is watching over him while he sleeps ;-; even though he knows he's safe here, every now and then, it's nice to feel that reinforcement.

Probably Charles and likely only when one of them can't sleep so they're both up as a result and maybe make a midnight snack or hot chocolate before cuddling up on the couch (spoiler alert: they fall asleep pretty quickly after that)

ERIK. It's awful and adorable and leaves Charles blushing and giggling.
Who rearranges the bookshelf in alphabetical order
Charles for sure.
Who licks the spoon when they’re baking brownies
They both do this. In fact, I think Charles does this full-well knowing Erik is watching, and then hands it over with his big, puppy dog eyes insisting he do the same.
Who buys candles for dinners even though there’s no special occasion
I think this is more of an Erik thing?
Who draws little tattoos on the other with a pen
Neither of them do this in canon but in verses like Oxford or even North v South, it's absolutely Charles
Who comes home with a new souvenir magnet every time they go on vacation

Who convinces the other to fill out those couple surveys in the back of magazines
Charles...although honestly I think Vivian would do this as a joke, while they're both in the room and once again being overtly affectionate with each other. Kind of like a "let's see how gross (and adorable) my dads are according to this" XD
