The world outside of the land-trapped towns and villages was rife with danger. Large, wide oceans expanded out like huge blots of wet paint on a canvas. The deep blue sea was an engima, filled with more glorious horrors than one could ever hope to see.
Naturally, captain Red Varg wanted to see all of it.
The port they had resupplied at was to her back, and the sun on her face. For a wonderful moment, nothing disturbed her until she heard the sounds of scuffling amongst her crew members.
"What the bloody hell are you lot doing?" She bellowed over the rail, calling down to the deck. Her eyes widened slightly when she saw that in the center of the group was a woman she hadn't seen before.
