So, my first successful #handstand was with Coach @malambengz. Miraculously with just a few words, on the first try, I got up on the wall for strict HSPUs. That was a night to remember. The same week, this was in early February, a few weeks since joining the box, Coach @gabalbano718 started teaching me how to do kipping HSPUs. Today, Coach @boogiebulgogi said he now knows what to help me correct with my kipping HSPUs. The timeline since January 22, the day I joined Sam’s class for the first time hasn’t been too long; yet, I see, feel, and do progress. I think one big quality that makes @centralgroundcf a box that is easy to love is, aside from friendships with people who, like you love the sport, that the mentoring (note: didn’t even use the word coaching here for a reason) allows you to enjoy a great sense of progress. Many people call #CrossFit the sport of fitness, but to me CrossFit at #CentralGroundCrossFit is the sport of progress.
