Some are seeds, & the plants are a little limp, but I’m proud I got these surprise plants (from my sister) potted this morning. If anyone needs Kale or Lettuce I have 1 or 2 extras. It is rare to see such greenery stretch that high into the mountains. The late but abundant monsoon rains provide us with a second spring. The the sun had just set to my back, which added a lovely pink hue to the mountains and sky above the peaks. It is a beautiful time of year to visit the Tucson area.
