Last week, I had a PRETTY awful week. I felt super overwhelmed and like I just could not pull it together! It was the first week of school and normally I love this time of year, but last week was ALOT for me. And that’s ok. Instead of trying to figure out how to be more positive or whatever, I focused on letting myself feel all the emotions - all the anger, the overwhelm-ness, the frustration, the sadness. And once it ran its course, I felt better by the next day.
