Y’all ever get that feeling when you stare or think about a word too long and it just doesnt feel like a proper word anymore? or like. you start making an odd association with it?

i was reading my friends message the other day, and they were apologizing about being inactive over the summer, and i read that they said “sorry; i havent been talking alot, ive been super busy with my *job*” etc etc.
HE DID NOT SAY JOB ANYWHERE IN THERE.
It only started recently, but sometimes when i look at a long strings of words, I get a completely different context than what’s there.
Earlier I was scrolling, and I SWEAR. I SAW THE WORDS TENNA. Sadly there was no (Ant) Tenna.
I think I need to go back to double spaced and comic sans font— because my brain is too used to this ‘reading’ thing. I gotta lock in bc I gotta somehow power through this summer reading homestuck.
