secret spots.
It’s probably too early for a Sunday morning, but Aiden’s awake and going through the Starbucks drive-thru for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Him and Luci it’s... complicated. They’re working on it, at least they talk now and that’s all Aiden currently care about. The hard part is continuing to let the iron wall down that he’s build to show her the other part of his life. No more lies, no more half truths, a few things he’s promised.
It’s all a work in progress. Aiden knows he’s got a long way to go but he’s going to try, that’s all he can do at this point. At lease Luci’s letting part of her be in his life.
Aiden pulls into Luci’s complex, parking and sliding out his phone from his pocket. He taps on her name and lets it ring for a while. It goes to voicemail and Aiden hangs up, seeing her the coffee emoji along with the bagel emoji. Then being a little cheeky, he decides to call her again. “Good morning.”
